Local Improvement District (LID)

The INA has sponsored a proposal to create improvements that are designed to benefit adjacent neighborhoods, increase pedestrian safety and improve traffic flow.The city has limited funds to improve infrastructure, whether by a L.I.D. or another funding method; the INA has taken unique steps to enhance community life through individual commitment.

LID Plan

Dots identify traffic improvements

The LID will improve traffic flow and safety on West Dravus Street, providing more than mitigation of the effects of increased foot and automobile traffic from the re-zone. The INA is also developing a master plan in cooperation with SDOT for right-of-way improvements throughout the industrial and commercial areas.
