Why the INA Master Plan is a Good Idea

The INA initiative arose out of realization throughout the Interbay community that change was coming to the neighborhood one way or the other, and that we could either steer these changes ourselves, or let them roll over us. Through a series of open meetings and outreach to other local community groups, the INA built consensus as to the primary needs, desires and concerns of the community, then incorporated all this into a master plan.
